US-Mexico border. coast guard officers stopped 22 Mexican fishermen, confiscated 590 kilos of illegally caught fish and three sharks.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (KTRK) — The US Coast Guard seized practically 600 kilos of illegally caught fish in federal waters south of Texas on Thursday.

The USCG shared a video of them discovering 5 lanches, that are fishing boats typically utilized by Mexican fishermen in unlawful operations. They found 22 fishermen engaged in unlawful fishing.

After stopping the lads, they seized three sharks, 590 kilos of redfish, fishing gear, radios, GPS gadgets and high-flyers on board.

The boys have been arrested and handed over to frame guards.

The Coast Guard has captured 40 sharks that have been illegally caught by the crew of the Lancha off the coast of Texas.
