Bryan, Texas resident Joshua Ryan Herrin has been arrested on suspicion of capturing two legislation enforcement officers.

BYRAN, Texas (KTRK) — The person suspected of capturing a Bryan police officer and a Brazos County sheriff’s deputy is in custody.
