In the midst of these speculations, Lalu Yadav’s elder son Tej Pratap Yadav came to meet the national president of NDA constituent ‘Hum’ Jitan Ram Manjhi on Friday.
RJD gave an open challenge
After the meeting of Manjhi and RJD leader Tej Pratap Yadav, who have been angry with the BJP for the past few days, the political mercury of the state has gone up. There are speculations that Manjhi may not change the tide. Amidst these speculations, RJD has openly challenged the NDA leaders that if they can save the government, then save it.
RJD spokesperson Mrityunj Tiwari said, “We met party president Jitan Ram Manjhi and Tej Pratap Yadav today. Those who understand understand, those who do not understand are clumsy. Tej Pratap Yadav and Tejashwi Yadav have said on many occasions that Jitan Ram Manjhi is his guardian. Manjhi may be physically in NDA, but his heart is with Lalu Yadav ji’s ideology.”
RJD spokesperson said, “Jitan Ram Manjhi has fought the battle of ideology of Lalu Yadav together. Today he is suffocating in the NDA. He has also lodged his protest on many occasions. In such a situation, we will support the people of NDA and BJP. Challenging that if you can save the government, then save it.
Both the leaders kept silence
Let us tell you that on the occasion of 74th birthday of Lalu Yadav, Tej Pratap has surprised everyone by meeting Jitan Ram Manjhi. Along with this, an opportunity has also been given to make various types of speculations. However, both the leaders are not ready to speak openly about the meeting.
After the meeting, Manjhi said that it was not a political meeting. Except political things, there should be some social things. It has nothing to do with politics. He said that anyone can meet anyone. We have also wished Lalu Yadav a happy birthday. During this, he said that there is no such thing as not living in NDA. Here, Tej Pratap said that if someone’s mind is shaking, then he can come in the Grand Alliance.
